 Neil Record - Chairman and CEO
  • MA Oxford University, MSc (with distinction) University College, London
  • Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers
  • 1977 - 1978 as an economist at the Bank of England, member of the economic forecasting team
  • 1978 - 1983 at Mars Inc., responsible for commodity price forecasting, and later for currency risk management
  • In 1983, founded Record Currency Management. Principal shareholder and Executive Chairman ever since
  • In 2003 completed “Currency Overlay”, the first book on this specialist topic
  • Author of numerous articles on currency and other risk management topics, a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars worldwide


Bob Noyen - Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer

  • Management consultant in Indonesia, 1986 - 1988

  • Joined Record in 1999 as Director responsible for Investment & Research
  • Now Chief Investment Officer and one of the 3-strong Executive Team


Peter Wakefield - Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer

  • Morgan Grenfell (latterly Deutsche Bank) 1984 - 1999. Export financing, structured banking transactions, interest rate swaps and options, credit derivatives
  • 1999 joined Record Currency Management
  • 2000 appointed Director responsible for product and strategy development and consulting
  • Now Chief Operating Officer, and one of the 3-strong Executive Team


Leslie Hill - Managing Director, Head of Client Team
